Empower Technologies Corporation (Empower Technologies), headquartered in Richmond, B.C., successfully completed its IPO on Sept.19, 2003. Empower raised $1,705,988 to commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on Sept. 23, 2003 under the share symbol EPT.

The Company operates through its wholly-owned Washington State subsidiary, Empower Technologies, Inc. (“Empower US”) and indirectly; Empower Technologies ( Canada ) Inc. (“Empower Canada ”) and Empower Technologies ( Shanghai ) Inc. (“Empower Shanghai”).
